While filling the form:

Make online payment for the applicable service

- Visit the Embassy between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on working days with the following:
- Printed online application form (with ink signature on Last Page)
- 01 color photos (35×45 mm, white background).
- Self-attested copies of passport (first & last page)
- Self-attested copies of residence permit (both sides)
- Printed Payment receipt (Bank transfer only)
- Address proof – In case of address is different from printed address on existing passport

- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- No prior appointment is required for consular services. Applicants may visit the Embassy with requisite documents on any working day(List of Holidays)during the following hours:
- Submission Hours: 09:00 – 12:00 hrs
- Collection Hours: 15:00 – 16:30 hrs
