In case of Lost/Stolen/ Damaged Passports, an applicant can apply for following services:

Re-issue of passport-only for long term Resident

Instructions:

Step 1:

Apply online at: Passport Seva Portal

While filling the form:

Provide 02 addresses: one in India (for police verification) and one in Finland

Upload photo and signature as per the official guidelines:

Visit the Embassy between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on working days with the following:

Printed online application form (with ink signature on Last Page)

01 color photos (35×45 mm, white background).

Duly filled Annexure 'F'

Copy of Police Report

Damaged Passport

Self-attested copies of passport (first & last page)

Self-attested copies of residence permit (both sides)

Printed Payment receipt (Bank transfer only)

In case of Minor Applicant

Duly filled Annexure 'D' OR Annexure 'C'; whichever is applicable;
Affidavit for change of appearance duly filled and signed by both parents - Affidavit for Change of Appearance
Copies of passport and residence permit has to be attested by Parent(s)
