This service can be availed in the following category of cases:

• Issuance of new passport only after completion of 20 years of age.
• Change of personal particulars viz. name, parents’ name, nationality etc.
• Loss/damage of OCI Card.

Documents required:

• Hard copy/printout of duly filled in online Application form (https://www.ociservices.gov.in./) under OCI Miscellaneous Services
• Self-attested copy of the new Finnish Passport (If Passport renewed)
• Current OCI card and a copy of it

• Relevant supporting documents for the reason for renewing the OCI card
• Proof of transfer of application fee (bank transfer receipt).
• Bio-metric enrolment is mandatory

It is mandatory to upload all the relevant/supporting documents while filling the online application (failing which might delay the process) and submit copies of the same at the time of submission of printed/hard copy of application at the Embassy.
