External Affairs Minister @DrSJaishankar visited to Finland (11-12 June 2026). At the 14th Kultaranta Talks in Naantali, hosted by President Alexander Stubb, EAM Dr. S. Jaishankar joined Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen and UAE Assistant Minister for Political Affairs Lana Nusseibeh for a discussion on “Emerging Powers and the New Geopolitical Competition,” highlighting the importance of diplomacy, resilient supply chains, energy security, and strategic partnerships in an evolving global landscape.
On the sidelines of the Talks, EAM held bilateral meetings with President Alexander Stubb and Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen to advance the India–Finland Strategic Partnership in Digitalisation and Sustainability, with a focus on start-ups, AI, semiconductors, critical minerals, quantum technologies, 6G, clean energy, space, trade, and investment. EAM also met UAE Assistant Minister for Political Affairs Lana Nusseibeh and reviewed progress under the India–UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership
